What is the return policy?
Because each mug is handmade and made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted. If your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to help make it right.
When will I get my order?
All mugs are handmade and made to order, so please allow up to 3 weeks for your piece to be created. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Why are there slight differences in color or pattern?
Each piece is created individually by hand, so small variations in flow, texture, or color are normal — and part of the charm of owning a truly unique piece of functional art.
Are these designs digitally printed?
No — every mug is 100% handmade. The artwork is created using alcohol inks and sealed by hand, not printed or mass-produced. Because of this process, each mug is unique and may have natural variations that make it one of a kind.
Is the resin food safe?
Yes — the clear resin used to seal the artwork is food safe once fully cured. Each mug is coated and allowed to cure completely before shipping so it’s safe for everyday use.
Are the mugs dishwasher safe?
No — all mugs are hand wash only. Dishwashers can cause the artwork to fade or chip over time due to high heat and strong detergents. Gently washing by hand helps preserve the beauty and durability of your mug.
Are the mugs microwave safe?
No — the mugs are not microwave safe. They are sealed with specialty finishes and resin that can be damaged by high heat. To protect the artwork and ensure longevity, please avoid microwaving.
